What is your return policy?

Our online exchange policy lasts 10 days from your purchase date. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused merchandise in saleable condition with handtags attached.  

1. Send us an email with your order number and feedback to info@visakaihk.com
2. Post the item back to us or exchange with our Staff in one of the MTR stations.

 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags on the garment. 

 

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@visakaihk.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
