How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free for local customers. Shipping cost will be applied at checkout for International order.

When will my order ship out?

We ask for 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your order.

Where does your clothing ship from?

Originally from our warehouse in Los Angeles, then Hong Kong. 

 

Where do you ship?

For VISAKAI HK website, we ship within HK, Singapore and Australia now, shipping to other countries can be requested, please send email or direct message to us for more details.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

How do I add a discount or promotion code?

You can add it to your order when moving through checkout. There will be a box on the right side of the screen above your order's subtotal. Enter the code and your total will reflect the new amount. 

 

EXCHANGES

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@visakaihk.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!

CARE

How do I wash and take care of my VISAKAI pieces?

Each item is a little different, please follow the care instructions on the label of the garment.

To keep our leggings fresh and to extend their life, wash in cold water with like colored items and hang dry. The fabric is quick dry and will be ready in no time.
